- Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship.
- Orders are processed and shipped Mon - Friday 11 am - 2 pm
- We ship internationally via FedEx or Dhl, tracking information is provide via email once your package ships.
- Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
- We do not ship to PO BOXES or parcel lockers.
- Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes when appropriate is based on the order value and the tax threshold determined by the destination country.
- Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.
